Description
5th Edition Mini-Dungeon for four to six characters of level 2
Paths through the forest have long been safe for travelers and its depths have been a bountiful source of wild plants and game for the local villagers. Yet now all manner of strange fungi grow here, rotting trees and poisoning animals. Worse still, wicked fey lead unsuspecting people into deadly traps.
Some locals attribute the forest’s favor to the dryad Ilex, though few have seen her recently. Ilex has been captured by vile fey who seek to turn the dryad’s forest into a dismal swamp.
The characters eventually track the evil fey to a cave under a hill dotted with fairy rings.
