Where prisons of stone and torture chambers of steel may serve for common criminals, only the lair of the urochar will do for the black-hearted matrons of the deep cities. In this nighted place, the fallen nobility of defeated drow houses are treated to a rare and exotic experience: the moment of death, the shock of resurrection, and an unceasing repetition of the same. For just as the urochar feeds on mortal terror, the matrons of the dark elves thrive on vendetta. And both are utterly insatiable.
