5th Edition Mini-Dungeon for four to six characters of level 4
Solitude breeds eccentricity, so nobody batted an eye when the local artificer-wizard Felicitrus started asking everyone he met about their fears, nor did anyone question his increasingly hostile and paranoid inquiries into the veracity of the replies.
The locals became concerned when Felicitrus started talking to the flames in the tavern’s hearth during his weekly binge. This weird behavior culminated last month, when the wizard suddenly jumped up from his seat next to the tavern’s fireplace and ran to his tower, a rictus of absolute terror distorting his face. The doors slammed shut behind him. No one has heard from the wizard since.
