AAW Games, LLC (“AAW Games”) wants customers to be satisfied with purchases made through Adventureaweek.com (the “Site”). This policy explains returns, replacements, and refunds for products purchased directly from the Site.
Products purchased from another retailer, distributor, convention vendor, or marketplace are subject to that seller’s return policy.
Physical Product Returns
Customers may request a return of an eligible physical product within 30 calendar days after delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- New, unused, and in resalable condition
- Free from writing, markings, stains, odors, creases, or other signs of use
- Complete with all original components, inserts, accessories, and packaging
- Accompanied by the original order number or other proof of purchase
Opening a package to inspect the product does not automatically make it ineligible, provided the product remains new, unused, complete, and in resalable condition.
To begin a return, email [email protected] within 30 calendar days after delivery. AAW Games will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
For returns caused by a change of mind, an accidental purchase, a duplicate purchase, or ordering the wrong product:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
- The customer is responsible for the product until it is received by AAW Games or its designated fulfillment partner. Tracked shipping is recommended.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, contact [email protected] within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Please include:
- The order number
- A description of the problem
- Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable
AAW Games will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. When a return is required because the product was damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped, AAW Games will provide a return label or reimburse reasonable return-shipping costs.
Exchanges
AAW Games does not process direct exchanges for ordinary returns. Customers may return an eligible product for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product.
Replacing a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped product is considered a correction of the original order rather than an exchange.
Refunds
Returned products will be inspected after they are received.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after the returned product is received and inspected. Banks, credit-card companies, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and other payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
Refunds for ordinary returns cover the purchase price of the returned product. Original shipping charges are refunded when the entire order is being refunded because it arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped.
Digital Products
Digital products include PDFs, audio files, map and token packs, virtual tabletop modules, software, license keys, and other downloadable or electronically delivered content.
Digital products are nonreturnable once they have been downloaded, accessed, activated, or redeemed, except when the product is defective, cannot be accessed as described, or a refund is required by applicable law.
If a customer experiences a technical problem with a digital product, AAW Games will first make a reasonable effort to provide a working download, replacement file, corrected license key, or other appropriate solution.
A complimentary PDF included with a physical book does not prevent the physical book from qualifying for a return. For a bundle containing a separately priced digital product or license key, all paid digital components must remain unaccessed and unredeemed for the complete bundle to qualify as new and unused.
Subscriptions
Adventureaweek.com subscription cancellations stop future renewals. Subscription fees are refundable solely at AAW Games’s discretion, and cancellations do not receive prorated refunds, except where required by applicable law.
Subscription terms are also governed by the Site’s Terms and Conditions.
Order Cancellations
A physical-product order may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order enters fulfillment or ships.
Send cancellation requests to [email protected] with the order number. Fulfillment can begin quickly, so cancellation before shipment cannot always be guaranteed.
International Returns
International customers may request eligible returns under this policy.
For ordinary returns, the customer is responsible for international return shipping, customs charges, duties, taxes, and related fees. Customs duties, import taxes, and fees collected by a government or carrier are not refundable by AAW Games.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws applicable to the customer’s purchase.

Please include the order number, the email address used for the purchase, the product involved, and the reason for the request. Include photographs when reporting physical damage, defects, missing components, or an incorrect shipment.
AAW Games will reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
Policy Updates
AAW Games may update this Returns and Refunds Policy when its products, fulfillment practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
