These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Adventureaweek.com (the “Site”), operated by AAW Games LLC (“AAW Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They also govern purchases, accounts, subscriptions, digital products, community features, and other services offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, starting a subscription, downloading or accessing digital content, or submitting content to the Site, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or Services.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to create an account, place an order, or purchase a subscription. A parent or legal guardian must make purchases on behalf of anyone who has not reached the applicable age of majority.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account, purchasing a product, or subscribing to a Service.
You are responsible for:
- Protecting your username, password, and other account credentials
- Activity occurring through your account
- Keeping your billing, shipping, and contact information current
- Notifying AAW Games promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization
You may not use another person’s account without permission, impersonate another person, or provide false or misleading information.
Orders and Payments
Prices, product availability, formats, estimated delivery dates, and other product information are displayed on the applicable product page. Unless otherwise stated, prices shown on the Site are in United States dollars.
By submitting an order, you authorize AAW Games and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. AAW Games may cancel or limit an order when reasonably necessary because of:
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment-processing problems
- Shipping restrictions
- Violation of these Terms
- A mistake affecting the order
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, carrier fees, and other charges imposed outside the United States.
Product Information and Availability
AAW Games makes reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and other visual details may vary because of screens, printing processes, manufacturing variations, or product revisions.
Product availability may change without notice. Limited-edition and out-of-print products may not be replaceable.
Release and delivery dates for preorders, crowdfunding-related products, and products still in production are estimates. If a material delay or change occurs, AAW Games will provide information or remedies as required by applicable law and the terms presented with the purchase.
Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Cancellations
Purchases made directly through the Site are governed by the AAW Games Returns and Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
That policy explains:
- Returns of new and unused physical products
- Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped products
- Digital-product eligibility
- Subscription refunds
- Order cancellations
- International returns
- Refund processing
Products purchased through another retailer, distributor, convention vendor, crowdfunding platform, or marketplace are subject to that seller’s applicable policies.
Digital Products and Licenses
Digital products may include PDFs, maps, tokens, audio files, virtual tabletop modules, software, license keys, STL files, online flipbooks, and other electronically delivered content.
Unless a product page or separate license states otherwise, purchasing or accessing a digital product grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use that product for personal, noncommercial purposes.
You may make reasonable personal backup copies and use purchased materials in your private tabletop or virtual tabletop games.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or publicly post digital files
- Share account credentials or download links
- Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or licensing notices
- Make purchased content available through file-sharing services or public repositories
- Use AAW Games content to create or sell competing products
- Use content commercially unless a separate license expressly permits it
- Circumvent access controls, download restrictions, or license-key systems
Some products include separate licenses, open-game content, third-party materials, or platform-specific terms. Those terms apply in addition to these Terms and control if they conflict regarding that particular content.
Adventure Subscription
The AAW Games Adventure Subscription renews automatically at the billing interval and price displayed when the subscription is purchased, until canceled.
By starting a subscription, you authorize AAW Games and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method at each renewal.
Subscriptions may be canceled through the subscription controls available in your account or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. Subscription benefits remain available through the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Subscription features may include downloadable products, online flipbooks, streaming audio, discounts, maps, and other member resources. Some content may remain available after cancellation when it was claimed as a downloadable product during an active subscription. Access-only features, including online flipbooks and streaming libraries, require an active subscription.
Subscription refunds are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy.
If a trial or promotion automatically converts into a paid subscription, the applicable offer will disclose the trial length, renewal timing, and price. Promotional terms presented with an offer form part of these Terms.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, bundles, and special offers may have additional eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined
- Discount codes have no cash value
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
- AAW Games may correct or cancel a promotion affected by an error, misuse, or fraud
Additional terms presented with a promotion control if they conflict with this section.
Communications
AAW Games may send transactional or service-related messages concerning orders, downloads, accounts, subscriptions, security, policy changes, and customer-support requests.
If you subscribe to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe using the link included in those messages. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary order, account, subscription, security, or customer-service communications.
After a purchase, AAW Games may send an invitation to review purchased products through AAW Games or its review-service provider. Review invitations include an option to unsubscribe from future review requests.

Reviews, Comments, and Other User Content
The Site may allow users to submit reviews, comments, messages, images, or other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant AAW Games a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute the content for operating, improving, and promoting AAW Games, the Site, and the applicable product.
You represent that:
- You own or have permission to submit the content
- The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- The content does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights
- Any incentive or material connection relating to a review is disclosed
User Content may not contain unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, malicious, or deliberately misleading material.
AAW Games may moderate or remove User Content that violates these Terms, but is not required to review every submission.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, artwork, maps, adventures, game material, product designs, graphics, audio, video, software, logos, trademarks, and website design, are owned by or licensed to AAW Games and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited licenses expressly granted with a product or Service, no rights are transferred to you.
Product compatibility statements and references to third-party games, systems, trademarks, platforms, or publishers identify compatibility or describe the product. They do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site or Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Introduce malware, harmful code, or automated attacks
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information without authorization
- Interfere with the Site’s security or operation
- Attempt to access restricted systems, accounts, or content
- Circumvent purchase, subscription, download, or licensing controls
- Conduct fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse
- Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- Harass other users or AAW Games personnel
- Use the Site or its content in a way that could damage AAW Games or other users
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, virtual tabletop platforms, social networks, embedded media, and other websites.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. AAW Games is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or conduct.
A link or integration does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
Service Changes and Account Termination
AAW Games may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue part of the Site or Services when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product changes, or business operations.
We may suspend or terminate access when a user violates these Terms, misuses the Services, infringes intellectual-property rights, engages in fraudulent activity, or creates a security or legal risk.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or provisions that reasonably should continue, including intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
AAW Games does not guarantee that the Site or Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, browser, virtual tabletop platform, software version, or third-party service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAW Games and its owners, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAW Games’s total liability for a claim relating to a product or Service will not exceed the amount paid to AAW Games for the product or Service giving rise to that claim during the 12 months preceding the event.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
Force Majeure
AAW Games is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, wildfire, severe weather, war, terrorism, labor disruptions, carrier delays, supply shortages, power or internet failures, cyberattacks, government actions, or failures of third-party platforms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought in the state courts located in King County, Washington, or the applicable federal court in the Western District of Washington.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing an eligible claim in small-claims court.
Changes to These Terms
AAW Games may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Site, products, Services, business practices, or legal requirements.
The effective date at the top identifies the current version. When required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use of the Site after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission from AAW Games. AAW Games may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, sale, restructuring, or transfer of its business or assets.
These Terms, together with the policies and product-specific terms referenced in them, constitute the agreement between you and AAW Games concerning the Site and Services.
