This frosted glass bottle is filled with a strange mixture that seems to change hues between metallic green and aqua blue.

A serafin salve is typically bottled in large enough quantities that the average container holds 3 doses of the mixture. Applying serafin salve requires a creature to spend one minute slathering and massaging the syrupy concoction into their features; while doing so they are considered to be staggered.
For 1d4+4 minutes, the physical and facial features of a creature affected by serafin salve become pleasing to the eye; they gain a +8 circumstance bonus on all Charisma-based skill checks, other creatures cannot treat them with a Hostile attitude until provoke (verbally or physically), and should they have any missing body parts (such as ear, eye, fingers, or even a hand) one lost body part is restored (plus one additional body part per 2 hit dice).

When this effect’s duration expires, the creatures affected by serafin salve takes on a mutilated appearance for the next 1d4 hours, taking a -8 penalty to Charisma-based skill checks until the duration ends (or with a restoration).
There is a 50% chance that a lost body part restored by a serafin salve remains once the concoction has run its course, but it is misshapen and distracting, incurring a permanent -1 penalty to Charisma-based skill checks.
