DESCRIPTION
This bronze helm seems extraordinarily ordinary, albeit masterfully crafted.

A peacock helm appears to be an ordinary bronze helmet until it is activated (a standard action), at which point a plume of magnificently colored peacock feathers extend and fan out along the comb of the helm.
The feathers sway in unison creating a memorizing wave-like pattern for the duration of its activated effects. When a peacock helm is no longer active (a free action or at the end of one of the magic item’s effects), the feathers retract and the helmet appears to be an ordinary masterwork item once more.
A peacock helm may be activated up to three times per day to use charm person (CL 5th, Will DC 13) as a spell-like ability and may be activated once per month to use charm person as a spell-like ability with an area effect in a 25-ft.-radius, though the duration of its effects are cut in half for each additional target beyond the first (to a minimum of 1 minute).
A peacock helm grants its wearer a +1 luck bonus to Will saving throws against enchantments.
